However, very useful in any one of the 90 or so games a year...all of which count in the standings...that aren’t ‘big’.

90? More like 30 , and 5 runs before he throws a pitch helps too, can’t rely on him for innings and the infield goes to sleep when he’s out there, I hope this is his last year as a Twin

The Twins will play over 70 games this year against just Chi, Det, KC, Bal, and Seattle. Lotta ‘big’ games in there? They all count. He’s been fine in a #3 role.
