MVP Nick Punto Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 It's possible the Sox are not that good at baseball....To be fair, our bats have embarrassed much more experienced pitching than Mr. Cease.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 It's possible the Sox are not that good at baseball....Except when I go to games. So I choose the games where I want the Twins to lose and go to those.
DiscGolfer Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Tied with the 2016 team for dingers, only 6 more to catch the 2017 team, I think we can see it tonight
Brock Beauchamp Site Manager Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Oh, hey, look at that. The Twins are *also* capable of beating up on Cape Cod league teams. That ability is not limited to Cleveland. Shocking.
Squirrel Community Moderator Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 When was Punto hired to be a base running coach for the Sox?
DiscGolfer Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 I'm not sure he got the out there
MVP Nick Punto Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 When was Punto hired to be a base running coach for the Sox?I like to keep it on the DL.
Nine of twelve Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Good decision not to blow the challenge on the close play at first.
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Great inning from Pineda. Need at least 6 from him tonight with the score looking the way it does already
mrtwinsfan Old-Timey Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 This works well for me. Ignore the crude comments.http://bilasport.net/mlb.htmlGood site, - 6-8 seconds ahead of fsn
MVP Nick Punto Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 https://www.baseball-reference.com/teams/MIN/batteam.shtmlWOW. Should come as no surprise, given our prolific HR numbers, but so far, we are obliterating our best season OPS going back alllll the way.
LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 I have more confidence in the Twins with Big Mike on the mound than I am with Gibson or Odorizzi

bighat Verified Member Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 What did everyone have for dinner this evening? I DID have chicken. Spent the day traveling, MCO-PTY-GUA. Followed by a 1.5 hour taxi ride through the mountains. Needless to say I was in no mood to cook anything, so I walked down to this little fried chicken joint and got some wings. Being a health-conscious individual, I also bought lettuce, carrots and tomatoes and made myself a little salad. Tried to grab a pint of ice cream as well but they only had rum-rasin. No gracias! Just exhausted, as evidenced by me posting all over another thread on this board, thinking it was the game thread.

Squirrel Community Moderator Posted July 27, 2019 Posted July 27, 2019 Nothing yet. Had a late lunch after volunteering at the food shelf. Thinking popcorn and a Manhattan....That sounds good ... although if I were having that, I’d substitute the Manhattan for a Prosecco margarita
