Big Mike vs. Matthew Boyd. Well, I hope Pineda is sharp, but also that Cruz and Garver have shaken off all the rust. To me, they both looked less than stellar against Cleveland and Tampa (for Garver).

Was just watching Rochester against Pawtucket. (Wings lead 10-0 with one out in the top of 3rd!). Nick Gordon is now up to .297 with two hits today. But he's so skinny! Somewhere between 2 and 3 of him would fit into the portly Sox's pitcher's uniform!

wings on a low carb diet are a staple of mine... smoked even better as there's less oil and if done right a good chunk of the fat is rendered out... most sauces have very little sugar unless BBQ or something like that... 

 

but yeah, today I'm not eating   I'm one of those weirdos who has trouble losing weight period and have to add periodic fasts.

 

Flip side, I'm having a glass of wine for dinner.
