I was going to predict that Odorizzi would struggle and that the Twins would need to rally to win. I guess not. The starting pitcher have been outstanding and makes everything easier for the entire team.

That looks like a trip to the 7 day IL for Marwin to me. I suppose they activate La Tortuga and rotate him and Adrianza at 3B until Sano comes up?

Beautiful play by Marwin. I agree with Morneau he provides value defensively no matter where he plays in the field.

He hasn’t played an inning at SS or 2B in 2019. He has a career negative UZR/150 at both positions. He actually does at 3B as well. However, it isn’t as bad as the other two and 3B was the infield position he had the least amount of experience at prior to 2019.
