It's the 3rd inning.

It's still the 3rd inning.

Tonight feels like one of those games that is just going to get away from us. Hittable opposing pitcher and we're not hitting.

... or, we keep hammering at the rock pile and finally break through to the valuable ore.

[MNT1996]

Pitching around Cruz to fill the bases for Rosario. That's a bold strategy, Cotton.

[ashbury]

I'm naturally a pessimist.

Maybe the Star Tribune website has a game thread. Try them.

Gardy has to know Rick Anderson isn't the best option out there as a pitching coach. But I do respect that he's loyal to his friends.

[operation mindcrime]

Well that sucks!

[mrtwinsfan]

C,mon Eddie, 1st pitch ???????????????????

[ashbury]

Double play the hard way. Walk works out for the Tigers - I don't think Kepler breaks for home if the force isn't in effect.

Nothing more exciting than geology analogies....

[twinssporto]

Too bad on the double play...

This team is only going to get better at home when we have 35,000 + fans cheering.  It should energize the team along with the warmer weather.

[MNT1996]

Well we got 2. Not a bad inning.

Pitch to contact friend. Pitch to contact.

[MNT1996]

Marwin showing off what we might lose with Sano in the line up

[Vanimal46]

Beautiful play by Marwin. I agree with Morneau he provides value defensively no matter where he plays in the field.

There's gold in them thar hills.

Apparently you missed the excitement of my lengthy treatise on a pitcher's 10-year WAR total, if that one drew your attention.

There's gold in them thar hills.

Careful, don't overload 'North with the rock science so early in the game.

[operation mindcrime]

Nice 8 pitch inning!!!!!!!

I reapect that in a person who is not acting in a professional capacity.

[MNT1996]

Stewart starting tomorrow. Yikes.

[Blake]

Hated it, back in the day.

But now when I see it, it reminds me of home.

Pfft, reminds me of disco. No thanks.

What, we have a North sighting?

Cool beans!

[twinsnorth49]

Was it really supposed to be Marwin?....really?

[Blake]

Nothing more exciting than geology analogies... .

Yo! North! Good to, umm, see? you

[operation mindcrime]

Stewart starting tomorrow. Yikes.

Hopefully he throws a no hitter on Mother's day weekend!

[twinsnorth49]

Yo! North! Good to, umm, see? you

You too Blake, looking good....I assume.

[operation mindcrime]

WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!

[ashbury]

But now when I see it, it reminds me of home.

Pfft, reminds me of disco. No thanks.

Mom owned a chain of discotheques back in the day. That might be the difference in our perceptions.

[ashbury]

GARVER !!!!

[Blake]

You too Blake, looking good....I assume.

Yep. Wearing my Canadian tux, I am.

[IndianaTwin]

I’d say Garver framed that one pretty well.
