OK, so if I don't cherry-pick quite so obviously, and limit the search to 890-910 innings, if his career ended today he would be right in the middle group of 31 such players, at #15. Never mind.

Not a big fan of the other parts, though.

I love seeing Garver mash. It makes this lineup devastating.

[IndianaTwin]

...So many times I wonder something, but now I sometimes stop and realize, hey, that could be looked up. This one didn't lead anywhere, but I still thought I'd share.

In other words, the perfect TD post!

[ashbury]

I’d say Garver framed that one pretty well.

The official scorer ruled it a Passed Ball, because that ball went waaaaaay passed the outfield fence.

[ashbury]

KEPLER !!!!

[MNT1996]

Kepler. What a stud.

[twinssporto]

Boys and Girls...We actually have a MLB team to be proud of.  It's only been a decade or so.  Enjoy this!

Wish the Game Threads were as busy as they were 5-6 years ago when we sucked.  Sooo much fun now.

[ashbury]

POLAN_^c..... oh. Never mind

Thanks for the fake home run call, Bremer.

[IndianaTwin]

And Der Schlagger reaches having 17.6 percent of all homers hit by players born in Germany.

[Aggies7]

Everything right now

[ashbury]

Everything right now

Let it never change.

I'm in rainbow land.  Unicorns are chasing me through the field of dreams....Twins....

Light happy music from KQRS days playing in background.

[Aggies7]

Let’s do some of this in October

[ashbury]

Odorizzi seems to have serious deception going on. Greiner looked at strike three pretty close to the heart of the plate - that isn't easy to pull off.

[twinssporto]

I'm going to shave off Ron Gardenhire's goatee tonight when he falls asleep.  I'll text pics!

[Blake]

Consistency is obviously not in the vocabulary of this particular ump.

[PDX Twin]

Sorry..  Wrong

Whew. I'm glad!

[Blake]

This is getting borrrrrrrrrrring.

Pitchers going seven innings. Same face, inning after dreary inning.

Where is the love for the bullpen? Don't they deserve a bit of mound time?

Evidently not with this Twins team.

[stringer bell]

I was going to predict that Odorizzi would struggle and that the Twins would need to rally to win. I guess not. The starting pitcher have been outstanding and makes everything easier for the entire team.

[MNT1996]

Scary stuff

[FlauerPauer]

Marwin to the IL and Astudillo activated tomorrow.

[twinssporto]

I guess we're gonna have to bring Sano up soon.  No home run threat there............................

[MNT1996]

Still so weird watching Gardy walk out there in a Tigers jacket

Check back next Friday. RandBall's Stu may be doing a feature article on you.

Who do you think I steal my ideas from?

[Danchat]

That looks like a trip to the 7 day IL for Marwin to me. I suppose they activate La Tortuga and rotate him and Adrianza at 3B until Sano comes up?

[yarnivek1972]

Beautiful play by Marwin. I agree with Morneau he provides value defensively no matter where he plays in the field.

He hasn’t played an inning at SS or 2B in 2019. He has a career negative UZR/150 at both positions. He actually does at 3B as well. However, it isn’t as bad as the other two and 3B was the infield position he had the least amount of experience at prior to 2019.

[twinssporto]

Polanco going yard here

[twinssporto]

This team is so scary I'm going to carve my pumpkins at Halloween with a Twins logo.  The kids will never approach the door.

[IndianaTwin]

Did Adrianza score on that bases-loaded walk? Gladden still hasn’t mentioned it.
