Wow. Just perused Gamecast and saw bases loaded, one out, and we dribbled it down our leg. The Twins aren't a good enough team to overcome that.

next year the twins should schedule 162 games against the washington generals.

[Nine of twelve]

That was a case where the bunt was a good play. It was much more likely to get the runner over than having him swing away.

I don't think it would help.

[Circus Boy]

Tyler Olson's in. Balk, please.

[Nine of twelve]

OK, here's Rosario's opportunity to counteract his mistakes.

Rosario strikes again!

An SUV with “Tupperware” painted on the side just drove by our house. When they close the windows, do you think they have to burp it?

[Nine of twelve]

LoMo!

[Brandon Brooks]

LoMo!

Twins really cashing in today offensively...and capitalizing on Cleveland's poor defense all series.

That was an error on the right fielder. He yanked his throw far to the left of the cutoff man. Can't blame the ump for that one.

The comments in this game thread would not lead one to believe the Twins are winning 8-3.

The 5-run lead is the most dangerous in baseball.

[Circus Boy]

If our heroes pull this one out, which Twin would be the pitcher of record if it ends 8-3?

[Brandon Brooks]

Nice catch, Kep.

[Aggies7]

Every time I think I’m out with this team..

Prbably Magill. Scorer's discretion.

[VATwinsFan]

Other than Perez’s, those ERAs for Cleveland’s relievers are really, really not good.

[jun]

Kinda damned if you do, damned if you don't. Not like we can really trust 5 innings from our bullpen either.

I trust Magill though

Thought so, but Romero left with a lead, so wondered.

Magill the Magnificent

[Aggies7]

[jun]

Magill deserves the win. No doubt about that. Magill has the lowest ERA and yet he's the least used pitcher.

[Brandon Brooks]

Eddie Rosario, again! 22-for-58 this month. That's a .379 batting average with 7 homers. Have a June!

[adorduan]

Rosario  .323  .362  .586  i'll put up with a few mistakes for that.

[LaBombo]

Somewhere in America during the Twins highlights on ESPN tonight, Walt Hriniak will shed a tear for Eddie Rosario's perilously impatient day at the plate.

Well, I guess that's why they were waiting to use Magill. It's nice to have a long reliever who can shut down the opponent. He reminds me of how Dillon Gee did a similar job last season as a long reliever.

[jun]

This is going to be Belisle's revenge. The Indians' bullpen has been really bad and yet there is no space for him on their major league roster. Well there is a reason why...
