There are several out there going to the games. I think Chief and glunn will be there. Blake? Dinger? Jimbo? Who will be there, raise your hand!

Chief and I will be there along with one of Chief's sons and both of Ash's sons.

Wish I could watch tonight if only for an opportunity to see Colon "run" the bases if he puts the ball in play. Alas, off to marimba band rehearsal. I'll check in for the late innings.

I believe that Joe Morgan is showing up on Thursday. I hope everybody treats him ok. 

If you're going to do Joe Morgan you have to have him repeat himself at least six times in order to "make" his point. That's about how many times I wished I had a pistol at hand when he was announcing. Though I never figured out if I was going to shoot the TV or myself. Mute buttons have saved a lot of lives.

This is an awfully late game for us on the east coast, but I have to tune in at least a few innings on the off-chance of seeing some or all of you if the camera angles are kind.

 

Also it would seem wrong to fail to witness the end of the Bartolo Colon Era for the Twins. How many innings before he is DFA? *

 

* Shhhh!!! I'm attempting a reverse jinx on his behalf of course.

Eh, I can tell that that one isn't going to be fun to edit. I can hear the conversation now ...

Now that the Twins are transaction central and have a new starter, Colon may be the odd man out of the rotation. If they next trade Kintzler's expiring contract, do you think Colon could be a back end reliever?

we are down the right field line just past 1st base, a couple rows above the beautiful people seats, field level.

 

But tomorrow night, pay attention...look for blue "Twins daily.com" tee shirts when the view is of a LH hitter.

Colon might have a chance to get past 4 innings tonight with a 1st like that.

 

And in his last start I thought he might be able to make it though 6 given his start.

And now Granite backs away from the same first-pitch curve. I can't imagine being able to stand in there either.
