Yeah I've got nothing. I did just look up that the Spanish meaning of the name Hector is "Tenacious". I would certainly like to see that from a Twins pitcher.

I just watched the Mauer baserunning screw-up through at-bat. He should be benched after that. I'd like to see him benched for the rest of the season & only used off the bench so that the youngsters can play.

Mauer has more hits in "a 4 game series against the Indians" than anyone since the 1930s (if I heard correctly). That's something he done good. Even hit a home run.

He threw out two runners in one game within the last month.  People on the game thread were concerned it might have been one of the signs of the apocalypse.
