Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Winning this game is more important than normal because we face Wacha tomorrow.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 I had no idea your standards were so high!If they were called PurpleBerries... Yeah... I would have bought them.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 "Blueberries are big in this part of the state. I didn't buy them because they were more purple than blue." Here in Arizona we call those "plums." Weird.

USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Kurt Suzuki with A HIT!Inconcievable.
formerly33 Verified Member Posted June 14, 2015 Author Posted June 14, 2015 Wow, we've seen a lot of stuff this game. The most recent is Robinson striking out twice in one at-bat.
Platoon Verified Member Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Is it possible that not not only the umpires biase against our lads, but also the radar guns. Whenever our boys are pitching the gun refuses to register over 93!
Platoon Verified Member Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 To be fair, I bet your girlfriend has little good to say about your wife, either. Actually I have found it works best when my wife and my GF don't speak to each other, or for that matter know each other.
Blake Verified Member Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 I was just thinking that a triple wouldn't score Suzuki because Robinson would catch Suzuki..and then a wild pitch. heh.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Fien for a second inning, much better than going with Thompson or Duensing.

Get your damn thumb out of the pie"!!!

Platoon Verified Member Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 also if Robinson hits 2 more triples he will tie the record for most in a game! Set by my name sake George Strief (spelled differently, probably no relation) in 1885. That would be pretty cool although highly unlikely Would George be there to congratulate Shafer?
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 On my trip to Boston, I got a parking ticket from something called the "Harvard Police Dept" whilst visiting a museum at some two bit university. Anybody know a good lawyer? Preferably one trained at said two bit Boston university? I'm thinking of fighting it.
stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Buck with another chance to do something at the plate.
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Honestly Buxton just needs to put the ball on the ground and he'll reach base, he's that fast.

SwainZag Community Moderator Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 It's great to see Escobar with some good at bats. We could use some of the Escobar of 2014 up at the plate.
Platoon Verified Member Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Now you tell me? Two hours later? But you read it two hours earlier! (Please don't reply, this could go on forever.)
Hosken Bombo Disco Community Moderator Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Horrible call Molitor
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Can this rook do ANYthing right?

I got a speeding ticket in Milwaukee and I got three letters the next week offering their services to fight it. I didn't tell my wife about the speeding ticket. The lawyers told her via the mail.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Ha, they fell for our gambit, getting Escobar at 3rd. Now Buxton's on base!
Winston Smith Verified Member Posted June 14, 2015 Posted June 14, 2015 Well at least they didn't make a big deal out of Buxton coming up or we could be disappointed.
