Will the Phillies and Twins wear special uniforms?

Yes. The Phillies' gray road uniforms are inspired by the same unis the team wore from 1939-41 while the Twins’ home uniforms are inspired by their original jerseys from the 1960s.

Buxton return was somewhat timed in my view due to the big event. Hope I am wrong, but I am suspicious how long it will last. We have been down this route so many times.

Yeah, looking at the forecast - a narrow window to get this game in seems possible. Dan Hayes said there might be issues with where the players can even stay overnight if they have to play tomorrow. MLB teams are required to stay in at least 4 star hotels? Will be interesting to see how this shakes out today - tomorrow looks like it could be wet in Dyersville too.

Active tonight with no move but that will change when they get back to Minneapolis and resume normal homestand. Can’t imagine who gets the boot, my preference is Jackson as I don’t see Buxton playing many games in the field

The team would not activate him if the expectation was for him to DH, in fact they were quite concerned about the sudden stops and rounding the bases involved in baserunning. He may DH tonight if the field is wet, otherwise I fully expect he will be in CF 2/3 or 3/4 depending on series length.
