It's his throwing shoulder so I know it's not good, but how bad of an injury is this? Pretty vague, so too soon to tell? I wonder if Raya was going to be sent down anyway when Bailey came up. Or Adams, I suppose. Next man up!

Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted July 8 Posted July 8 My concern with Keaschall isn't his ability to play CF. My concern is that he is still learning RF and now they are wanting him to do CF where he will be in charge of the OF's. His decision making has been suspect at times out there. That is just attributed to being new and he has made some great catches out there. We all question based on the worst that can happen and he will probably do fine! Patzky and Vanimal46 2

It’s a really big ask to move him to one of the most difficult positions in the field after what appears to be 1 practice session. Hope it works out… Danchat, Mike Sixel and Western SD Fan 3
Church of Kreidler Verified Member Posted July 8 Posted July 8 Very excited to cement the series tonight! Absolute no need to have a rubber game tomorrow, because we're going to lock that win in approximately 3 hours! Peter 1
Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted July 8 Posted July 8 It appears for game 2 that they did learn a lesson from last night. Plouffe is reporting from LF and Span is reporting from RF tonight, which leaves Morneau and Perkins in the booth. I'm not sure if any of you caught Bert Blyleven stirring the pot congratulating the concept of the all-analyst broadcast last night after the game. Church of Kreidler and David HK 2
Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted July 8 Posted July 8 As I’m watching the Phillies game on ESPN, and see JT Realmuto batting the Bob Uecker line with a .600 OPS, why wouldn’t they be interested in Jeffers at the deadline?
Church of Kreidler Verified Member Posted July 8 Posted July 8 Dang, already seriously unimpressed by this ump
Western SD Fan Verified Member Posted July 8 Posted July 8 One batter in and the home plate umpire made a bad call and then a make up bad call. Church of Kreidler and Blyleven2011 2
The Great Hambino Verified Member Posted July 8 Posted July 8 Plouffe seems really impressed by the straightness of the foul line. They're really making the most of this announcing setup Good opening inning from Prielipp Church of Kreidler 1

Danchat Old-Timey Member Posted July 8 Posted July 8 Geez, I don't want to jinx it but this Cleveland lineup stinks. I'm not sure how they're going to score runs.

Twins_Fan_in_NJ Verified Member Posted July 8 Posted July 8 Just brutal. I don't care what excuses the booth wanted to make, i.e., the Twins like the contact play and Lee's momentum carried him too far. Nonsense. You can't make a mistake like that. Tlaker, Western SD Fan and David HK 3
