In Strat-O-Matic, I'd always send guys home with two outs if their running was 1-14 safe, 15-20 out.  I don't know how I would rate Brooks Lee, but he's probably a 1-12 safe, 13-20 out kind of guy.

He could get back to that solid 6/7 guy he was with the Mariners.  Not what you want at the end of the game but a real piece of a pen.
