Duran is a problem. Whatever it was that bothered him last year, doesn't seem to have gone away. This might just be who he is. Decreased velocity. Over relying on breaking stuff that isn't fooling anyone.

Nice start by Ryan.  Full disclosure Ive never been a fan of Alcala and this is why: I don’t care how good your stuff is if you can throw it where you want it.

i have to say the Cards are a fun team to watch. They put the ball in play and make some really great plays in the field.  Stark contrast to the Twins.

Most managers do. This isn't all on Rocco. The roster is underwhelming to say the least and Rocco's not one to max out what he has. It's just a bad combination.

We see it, but hope for better.

Yeah, there was absolutely no effort put into improving the offense this year. 

But, this offense has seemed to start slow every year lately. Taking months to get the team to gel maybe is on the manager.
