    SWR better learn a sweeper or something with more glove side movement or he's gonna be back in the minor leagues, he is way too easy to hone in on when every pitch is vertical and the slider is basically a gyro slider that doesn't move horizontally.

    I think the MLB is going to learn that you don't deal starting pitching prospects with many years of control for relievers who can blowup at any moment, see Griffin Jax stats in Tampa. Duran has been good but already a free agent after next year and throws max 70 innings per year.

    I don't know why we would turn into a pitching lab finally after Falvey is fired but I'm all for it

    Rocco never had these guys playing above expectations like this other than 2019, Shelton got the Pirates off to some hot starts too but obviously being the Pirates they faltered down the stretch. This team has a lot more talent than any of those Pirates teams though, hoping they can keep it up. At least if we lose let's score a lot of runs

    This team is legit fun, it was so painfully obvious that everyone had tuned out Rocco and Shelton has been a good presence, nobody could have won with the Pirates spending 50 million per year. The bullpen is still a big problem so this team isn't winning 100 games or anything, but when E-Rod, Walker, and Culpepper are up this lineup is going to bang

    The Blue Jays are about to set the record for most runs in a postseason while giving a fair share of at bats to Myles Straw and Isiah Kiner-Falefa. Barger, Clement, Gimenez, Lukes, Schneider, Varsho aren't world beaters either. Vlad Jr and Springer, yeah I'll give you those.

    Best hitting coach in baseball doing it on the biggest stage. And the Twins made him look like the worst coach in baseball. This should be obvious to anyone now at this point that the players just suck and can't be developed/fixed and so does the front office that are bringing them in. Good thing we're moving on from them and starting fresh, oh wait...

    The Pohlad's extended this man before the season. I'm starting to think they're not very good at this whole business thing, well that and the $500 million in debt. Nothing will change as long as Falvey and Pohlads are still in place.

    Then how did the Giants get that AND 2 more prospects for Tyler Rogers, who is also a rental, has a higher ERA than Couloumbe, AND makes 5.25M vs. 3M for Coulombe. The FO isn't even trying, they know they are all on the way out, ownership told them to cut salary by any means necessary and they're clearly mailing it in.

    Hahahaha look what the Giants got for Tyler Rogers who is also a rental and similar stats and compare it to this. Rogers also makes 5.25M and Coulombe only 3M. FO is not even trying, they know they're all gone

    This return will be interesting. 34 years old, frequently injured, but he's been elite 2 out of the past 3 years when he can pitch and has 2 more years of control.
