bighat Verified Member Posted June 25, 2024 Posted June 25, 2024 Joe Ryan going to make it across the finish line tonight, solidifying his first All-Star nod. For all the bad deadline trades the Twins have made in recent years, the fact that they got Ryan for a half-season of Nelson Cruz is incredible. I'd also add SWR and Martin for Berrios, mostly because I don't think they re-sign Berrios. And even if they did, with the payroll restraints, they wouldn't have signed Correa. Mortimerkenny21 Verified Member Posted June 25, 2024 Posted June 25, 2024 Go Twins! Don't let off the gas pedal now just because we're playing a mediocre team.

Jocko87 Verified Member Posted June 25, 2024 Posted June 25, 2024 I like this lineup. Interested to watch Twins Daily mythical regret darling Corbin Carroll this week. He looks healthy but not having a good season at all.
Parfigliano Verified Member Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Playing AZ so I'll probably be in TV blackout USAFChief 1

The Twins have been great at waking up good players having bad years so far this year--Vladdy, Bregman, Arozarena are recent examples--it wouldn't surprise me to see Carroll go off against the Twins. USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 For the record, Carroll has been slowly trending up. June has been his best month, mid-.700s OPS. Jocko87 and Patzky 2
Parfigliano Verified Member Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Michael Tonkin coming in to pitch for NYY against NYM. Has 2.36 ERA over 34 innings. NYM winning 8-1
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Looks like Cleveland continues to rake. Let's control what we can control tonight.

TwinsCD Verified Member Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 I wonder how much the younger demographic is in love with those lemony unis they're wearing.
Patzky Old-Timey Member Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Ah forgot how much Larnach batting second is a stressor.

Other than the reason Larnach has to bat in the 2 hole ya !!!, he is at best a 5-9 batter, , nice start Willie Patzky 1
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted June 26, 2024 Posted June 26, 2024 Really bad idea to pitch this team's lefties inside. Why?
