Who? Castro touted as super utility. Martin as an outfielder. That's what fans always clamor for. "Just put him in the outfield, he's athletic"  This is what you can expect.

Enforcement is that he has to do it every time. It's basically looked as his coming set process.

Unwritten umpire rules? Right. Power. Nowhere in the rule does it say that. In fact, most balks are called on some movement the the pitcher has done only once, like coming home too far with his foot before going to first, only once......
