Well yeah. If we're talking about elementary school playground games

Principle still applies, although more selectively. Perhaps get him work at what he most needs. (But thanks for understanding my point, I appreciate that)

That totally sucked for the Twins and Jeffers. Could very well affect this ball game greatly. That would have been 2 outs. Gotta see the ball to catch it. Would have been routine pop up to catcher.

Morneau always has such compassionate excuses for our guys.

Jackson isn't it...

Could just as easily be 2 outs with men on 1-2 if not for the seeing-eye grounder from Garver or if Jeffers saw the popup

YIkes!  This Jackson fella- I've seen way too much of him already.

There's gotta be an arm in SP or the waiver wire...

Somehow i doubt that is a useful life lesson.

Learning that sometimes they just don't belong was useful when I was teaching people to hang glide. Sometimes people want it very bad, but just don't have the right stuff. At least playing baseball, the consequences aren't gonna kill you. Probably.

Could be the odd man out when Topa gets here.

I understood your point. And that statement works both ways. In regards to getting the player work at what he most needs Mr. Shakespeare

When you're asking your self, who is this guy? and it's this late in the game, your manager needs a little tweaking.
