Sure I see how you are.

Going after the neutral ladies.

I'd say pick a side, but I appreciate fine chocolate and watches.

I will agree with that.

I wonder though if Vazquez had caught it and moved left to make the tag if he would have been called for blocking the plate any way.

The runner who could have slid between Vazquez legs actually stopped, maybe looking for a blocking the plate call.

The Twins have been screwed on those in the past.

I didn't check for that because I'm trying to deny reality.

I miss the days of plowing the catcher.

Yeah, pair that with the first pitch strike to Santana and this umpire is heading towards angel territory.

check that,  lance barret owes the twins 2 runs.

Missed strike 3 call gives Tigers 2 runs, frustrating to say the least.

That should never happen.

baldelli should get thrown out between innings.

oh, and human element…forget to turn on the heat in the umpire locker room.

Oh Man.

Fondue!

I'll dip anything in melted cheese. Even the Swiss Miss lady... if she doesn't mind.

It’s amazing that we can send up Santana, Castro, and Vazquez…and still haven’t gotten to the 9 batter.

None of whom should be on the roster, let alone playing (ok, on the roster for two of them, I guess).

Castro and Santana should be released tonight.  Don’t hold onto them like we did with other veterans.

oh wait, the twins do not learn from their mistakes.

Looks like we have our strikeout shoes on tonight, again.  Therefore, I'm not anticipating much, if any, more run scoring tonight.

Sigh!

Do you think Flaherty will have an inning where he strikes out the side?

With this umpire, anything is possible

Well, unfortunate that two soft contact balls fell in. Two stolen bases also hurt. The Tigers have been aggressive and I think that is preferable to waiting for a homer.

... and putting the ball in play, a concept we still haven't quite figured out yet.

Amazing how every time in the last 2 years someone is brought up from the minors they hit way better than any major league player

almost like the coaching sucks

Perfect, LOL, LOL Chest high bounce.

I watched it six time on MLB, far, far from perfect.

I don't care how many time you watch it, it was still a perfect throw.  Awkward footwork and double/triple/quadruple pumps don't matter when you hit the dot.

99.9% on Vazquez, with 0.01 chance Eddy told him in practice that he would be throwing at his head on a play at the plate.  Vazquez still has to make that play.

Only in your mind.
