I love having players like Lewis, Julien, and Kirilloff whose approach, eye at the plate, and contact skills are so good. It feels like there was an over-emphasis on guys who started from the framework of pulling the ball and hitting the ball for power and trying to maximize the three true outcomes. The real success of this approach is when you start with that foundation and then learn how/when to turn on balls and try to drive the ball. 

I think Lee will be in this mold as well, I would argue Polanco is too although he likely won't stick around (I want to find a way to keep him though).
