Gallo in center! Looking for offense......

If they were looking for offense Buxton would not be DH. Unfortunately he is.  Again.

But Pa, when will the internet be back?!?!

Rocco is sneaking Buxton down the order one spot at a time hoping he won't notice.

When the good lord says it's time, he will send us a sign and... oh look there's the AT&T truck!

Give him a few more days.  10th would be about high enough to suit me at present.

Time for Buck to break out of the slump today against the Sox.   Just focus on making contact and the woeful sox defense will do the rest.  Hopefully Ryan keeps the ball in the park and returns to the brilliance he was flashing earlier.

This is a big series for Chicago.  If they lose the series the will certainly be sellers at the trade deadline.  If they win the series they will still have hope.  Hoping the Twins can take care of business at home and win the series.

Chicago took a series from Atlanta drubbing them 8-1 in the last game.

They are not woeful.

Winning 8-1 is not a woeful defense.

Since we're cherry picking, what about 12-3, 16-6 and 13-9 losses?

OK 👍 Maybe White Sox pitchers struck out 27. Watch mlb. The Sox aren't good defensively. Especially when it's so Important to you. You know. Like max. Greatest right fielder in mlb history. An 8-1 drubbing doesn't mean they filled the highlights with defensive gems. Maybe. I didn't see the game.

Nah. They lost those due to the fact they left too many guys on base. Just couldn't get that timely hit. The defense was impeccable

I have to admit I didn't see Gallo in CF as very likely.

At least they're trying to squeeze more offense out of the lineup.

Hopefully Wallner proves an upgrade to MAT.

Mrs Ash and I see now that we should have been more specific when we asked the realtor to find us a rustic home.

Or perhaps we failed to proofread carefully, and typed in "rusty."

But he's batting sixth, instead of third, so that's an improvement. Kind of, sort of.

Twins have been blown out, is our defense woeful?

Plus, the 8-1 was not long ago.

I'm not arguing a point either way, only that one game out of 98 hardly proves your point.

How did the Twins do against Atlanta, how many victories?
