sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 So many singles.... I am greedy enough to be sad they ran into an out.
rwilfong86 Verified Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 Aaaaand another out on the Basepaths. Out by a mile.
Richie the Rally Goat Community Moderator Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 Good to see aggressive base running by Gio

wsnydes Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 Hicks follows up a nice play in the field with a gigantic squibber down the 3B line!
stringer bell Verified Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 Really a terrible send by Tony. Gio held up a count until the ball got past him and he’s …………..slow. Hicks was playing pretty shallow and has a great arm. It wasn’t close.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 And they got hit. Not too concerned.

mnfireman Verified Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 Quit using the shift, I think it gives more hits than outs....

Vanimal46 Old-Timey Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 Celestino panicked there and made a whoopsie.

LVTwinsfan Verified Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 The Twins have the Yankee yips now
Mill1634 Verified Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 Obviously that wasn't an easy play, but Celestino "should've" caught that ball. Went right off the bottom of the open glove.
bighat Verified Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 Well those 10 minutes with a lead sure was fun while it lasted.
Steve71 Verified Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 Celestino needs to catch that ball. Difficult play, but ball hit him right in the glove. Would have been a double play as Hicks was already to 2nd base. CANNOT give loaded teams all the extra outs and extra bases without getting penalized....

Mill1634 Verified Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 I would not let Archer face Judge a 3rd time, but I suspect he will.
mnfireman Verified Member Posted June 9, 2022 Posted June 9, 2022 Take note boys, a SF still plates a run whereas a K does not....

There is zero reason not to be on the next base when they throw ahead of you. The Yankees' took advantage of Celestino just earlier this inning.
