Wes and Rocco delighted that this is looking like a possible Colome appearance.  Rocco is desparate to get Colome's confidence a boost.  Unfortunately,  Colome thinks his confidence is just fine.

I've always been alittle suspicious of Duffey, but I certainly can't fault the Twins for depending on him as part of this team's pen. He's had good results for 2 years running.

 

But past him and Rogers, there's nobody there that I liked coming into the season. Spare parts, reclamation projects, slider specialists with 90 MPH fastballs. Just can't be expected to be consistently good.

So Baldelli with take Donaldson out of the game for speed, and replace him with a slightly faster Blankenhorn, but NOT Astudillo.... he's too valuable as a defensive first baseman.

No, they executed poorly.

 

The Twins were lucky to get out of that situation unscathed using poor strategy.
