David HK Verified Member Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 I am really gassed to see Berrios and Rosario stepping up to do the heavy lifting when the team needs it most!

ashbury Verified Member Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Arraez must drive the opposing team nuts, able to slash the ball wherever he needs to.
Riverbrian Old-Timey Member Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Beautiful slow motion of Cron shutting his eyes for the (non-)catch. I knew this guy at school who could not catch the ball. You could lob the ball to him soft toss and he couldn't catch the ball. Couldn't even get lucky and catch it. It was a television/radio class so we decided to turn the camera on and film him in slow motion missing the ball for our television assignment/project. We didn't realize it when he was missing the ball every time but slow motion revealed that he was closing his eyes consistently. We had slow motion shots of him closing his eyes and the ball bouncing off his forehead, followed by the expression on his face. And then another one. I put Skaters Waltz in the background and the class laughed so hard, they were falling off their chair. We shot about 20 missed catches in slow motion. I wish I would have had the foresight to save that video.

VATwinsFan Verified Member Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Batters getting some of their confidence back? Of course, facing the Nats BP helps.
David HK Verified Member Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 heh... had to step away for a bit, and paused the game- came back and thought Garv had hit a second HR! Crooked numbers! Yum yum!
PDX Twin Verified Member Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Swing along with Mitch?? But THAT Mitch had a BOUNCING ball. This Mitch has a SOARING ball!
wabene Verified Member Posted September 11, 2019 Posted September 11, 2019 Rogers has plenty of rest, like three days. Do you sit him back down?

I guess 94 MPH will make anyone blink.
