It doesn't bother me so much if a pitcher is getting borderline calls but that pitch was about 4 borderlines outside.

If not more.

I'm not the biggest advocate for electronic strike zones, but horrendous calls like that make me want them. I wish we could at least hold these umpires responsible.

Not a great argument in my opinion. With that you're assuming that Cron was going to strikeout anyway. The umpire took the bat out of Cron's hands. The next pitch could have been a 2 run home run for all we know.

If they did, I'd like to know what about their recent play they were basing it on.
