And now we see why Mr. Buxton has so few steals. Why wait to go to second.

The Official Scorer needs a Buxton option to mark a single-and-steal.

The guy on first? He gets a close up view, yes.

The Doppler shift of the cleat noise and the pull of the vacuum he leaves in his wake are the other big giveaways.

Checked out a streaming site to see what the Tigers TV guys would say about Buxton's double. Turns out Jack Morris is doing tonight's game for them.

Traitor!

It was my understanding there would be no Physics.

If Parker's going out there Twins need at least 4 more runs here

Well there's one of 'em.

I'm hoping the conditions are met to allow Parker to pitch.

I just tuned in. Baseball is such a weird game.

Gonzalez 4/4, but with 0 runs scored. Arguably the best individual performance but...barely affecting the overall score (1 RBI, I see).

until now

All 30? Wow!

Plus 13 that are closed.

Early on, I was fortunate enough to get to some of the tougher ones on my employer's dime when I had work conferences to attend. Then, 15 years ago this spring, my wife didn't nip the idea in the bud when I figured out that my 11-year-old son and I could go to Cleveland-Philadelphia-Mets-Off day-Red Sox-Expos-Blue Jays-Tigers on consecutive nights. (Then we stopped back home to pick up my wife and other son and went to Twins-Royals-Cardinals, though those were all repeats for me.) Along the way, we managed to also hit four Halls of Fame -- football, baseball, basketball, and hockey -- plus the really outstanding Negro League Baseball Museum in Kansas City.

Once I got through that trip, I only had another 10 or so left, so I planned some strategic vacations. I finished off the Dodgers-Angels-Padres trio over spring break a couple years ago.

SunTrust in Atlanta is the only one that opened after I had gotten to all 30, but I was able to get back there as well.

What may be more impressive is that my wife has been to 23 of the current parks as well (I think).

A couple years ago, I offered my one-paragraph summaries here:

Not sure I trust Parker with anything less than a 5 run lead but here we go!

2017: The Matt Belisle Experience

2018: The Fernando Rodney Experience

2019: The Blake Parker Experience

Gotta keep the fans at the ballpark! ;)
