sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 We take pace of game seriously round here!
bighat Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Michael Reed starting in RF for San Fran right now, interesting tidbit.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Don't look now, but the Twins lineup is on pace to be the worst of all time.I looked into the tarp, Ray.
USAFChief Twins Daily Contributor Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 I looked into the tarp, Ray."It's a tarp!" -Admiral Ackbar
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 I bet if Rosario had burst out of the box on that third strike, he might have made the throw to first close...
Mike Sixel Old-Timey Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 I'm in Seattle, so the only time I see the TV broadcast is when it's the Free Game of the Day. In the past, every game has been so designated on opening day, but not this year. Cheap-ass Manfred. I can't believe they aren't all free this year. Unreal, even. They really don't want new fans.
kydoty Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Bruno Mars’ “That’s what I like” is C.J. Cron’s walkup song. Okay then.
bighat Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 I can't believe they aren't all free this year. Unreal, even. They really don't want new fans. Of course, there are so many free streaming sites around that Cap'n Pirannah can watch as many games as he wants free of charge.
bighat Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Berrios is DEALING. One of these Twins hitters needs to take a few pitches next inning. Foul a few off.
rghrbek Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Every Twin has swung at first pitch except Cruz. Must be in the game plan. Batters eye looks much much better and an over all major improvement to the park (much to Cuddy's chagrin), but the advertising there is obnoxious. At least in hockey it's not constantly there because the puck moves. Now we get to see it over multiple at bats and it really sticks out (on TV)

Are any of these free streaming sites approved by MLB, or are they the Napster of video streaming?
SF Twins Fan Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Let's go Twins, let's go. Clap clap. Let's go Twins, let's go. Clap clap. Berrios is shutting them down!!! Just need the bat's to come around. I'm calling it - Buxton with a double for the first hit of the season.
rghrbek Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Just seems like a new place they can put a digital advertisement on during the gameYup it is, and most views are from centerfield, but it just really jumps out from behind home plate view.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Buxton! (i'm just gapoy to see him at bat...) Flies out to left to end the 3rd. 18 up then down.
yarnivek1972 Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 22 pitches. That would be one inning for Odorizzi. Kluber could go 12 today...
bighat Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Are any of these free streaming sites approved by MLB, or are they the Napster of video streaming? Not approved, but not hard to find. I personally pay for the MLB.TV subscription as I also live out of market.
Cap'n Piranha Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 All good things must come to an end.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Leas off double by a diving first baseman. Let's see if Berrios can work round it... A pop out....
Pants_andy Provisional Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Totally thought the same thing. Mauer woulda had it. Haha
bighat Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Totally thought the same thing. Mauer woulda had it. Haha Me three!
nater79a Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Mauer woulda had that =o Was thinking the same. Cron probably doesn't have the same lateral reaction time as Mauer on a ball like that.
strumdatjaguar Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 The juniper batters eye isn’t enough to rid the team of the curse of the pine trees. Hopefully this team is good enough to succeed despite the ongoing curse. Use the juniper berries to make Twins Gin!!!
GP830 Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Is that Molitor sitting right behind home plate with sunglasses on? That would be such a power move.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Berrios walks the batter on another full count, creating a force on the leadoff double.
John Kelsey Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Is that Molitor sitting right behind home plate with sunglasses on? That would be such a power move. I think it is, odd flex.
sampleSizeOfOne Verified Member Posted March 28, 2019 Posted March 28, 2019 Strands 2 in the 4th. Can return the favor?
