This weekend's baseball games came as a surprise?

 

I actually don't want ANYthing done on TF's playing surface, except major league baseball.  I guess maybe a mid-winter hockey game isn't the end of the world.

 

And yes...I'm not terribly surprised the Twins are a WC team this year.  

I think any baseball is OK, especially the finals of the state high school tournament. I guess other stuff helps pay the bills but I cringe thinking about despoiling a beautiful ballpark.

Totally agree.  I hate the effect of the concerts and now the football games have on the field.  Makes the outfield look patchy.

Hey, I've got the Twins to win the Series this year. I think I only got 20 to 1, though. I figured, why not?

 

I also have Cleveland but they were a mere 7 to 1.

I'm a little concerned about Duffy's stuff. It doesn't look as sharp as early in the season, like he's got a tired arm. He's still getting some guys out, but his command and movement are not as good as earlier.
