Ground ball pitcher for the Twins. Yes, let's put a guy at first who has played there a grand total of 11 innings as a professional and just 2 in the last 4 years. Falvey and Levine knew Sano was hurt. They knew a lefty was pitching tonight. They don't bring up Garver or Vargas, why exactly? These are the guys that many say we as fans are supposed to blindly trust.

 

I'm sorry. Tonight's lineup is an absolute insult to everyone who bought a ticket.

So bat Dozier in the 3 or 4 spot. Bat Kepler in the 3 or 4 spot. Bat Grossman in the 3 or 4 spot. Put someone at first base who has actually played first base before. Give Mauer a different day off.

Molitor literally had few good choices. Vargas should have replaced one of the 8 relievers that have thrown a grand total of 8 innings this week.
