On this night of positivity I would like to say that Gibson, ah sucks. Half the time he pitches, including tonight, he looks afraid to throw a strike. I think he needs a big old burley catcher to threaten him with his life if he doesn't start challenging hitters.

Vargas looks pretty winded after the double. If the Twins get the ball out of the infield maybe when he reaches third he can pass the broken bat baton to Gene Glynn for the anchor leg.
