My understanding is they took the post down and never put it back up.

I know if I was in charge, I would have put up one acknowledging what I did, making fun of myself, and still pointing out why Pence was the better person. Take advantage of all the eyes. But, the GOP is unable to laugh at itself, frankly. (not sure the dems are any better)

Obviously the rest of gop.com has boo-coo posts about how well things are going for them. But that one problematic post seems to have been viewed as trouble if brought back again. (Unless, someone finds it for me. )

I read that on the nfl as well. Also, pretty disappointed that guys who go through so much together can be so oblivious to struggles others go through. 100% of white guys voting trump? That's tough to swallow. This election has really shown the ignorance of the American public.

Depends on the school.  I mean, TECHNICALLY yes, but how much they really study and go to school at some of those colleges makes one wonder how much education they got.

Take it outside (this thread). I would almost be completely in favor of eliminating sports from college. Almost. Those guys don't learn anything in college. They are there to make money for the university. All the university has to do is pay tuition for them. Nice trade-off if you ask me. Some guys choose to actually learn, but you don't have to if you don't want to.

They do too, it's just the French Canadian way of saying face-mask, which is a 15 yard penalty.

 

Sadly, I would guess it's probably pretty similar in a baseball clubhouse. Is there just something chemically in your brain that changes when you get to the highest couple of tax brackets? Or is there just something that draws most of the white male athletes from conservative families? I guess a ton do come from the south.

I had to unfollow a friend of mine on Facebook today. He a devote follower of Alex Jones and trump. I've only responded to a few of the more egregious posts of his, but I'm at the point where I don't care to see that stupid **** every day. Last we heard from him is that it wasn't specifically Clinton related, but it's pretty hard to believe anything he says. I'm a little worried.

 

Why isn't there more outrage over the Russian's continual hacking? Is it because they only intentionally hack the Democrats? I'll be disappointed if the US isn't doing the same or worse to Russia right now. Hopefully we're better at it and can really F with Putin next time his rigged elections occur again.

I'd argue it's not just athletes that stopped learning anything useful in college.

I'm not trying to do the now popular pro/con college argument, but while they may be overpriced, I think the students can still get plenty out of school if that's what they focus on.

 

I didn't my first time through, but that was self-induced. Athletes are probably coach and booster-induced.

I didn't listen to the full recording, just him saying he moved on a woman. The fact she was married and he still was bragging about it is pretty low. As a married man, i would destroy a guy that pulled that ****. Props to the woman for having integrity.
