Might be good news.. Atlanta announced the recall of SP AJ Smith-Shawver from AAA and the assignment of last night's RP Tyler Kinley. It's good news because AJSS will start Wednesday against the Twins and Chris Sale will be pushed to Friday's game.

Keep hope alive. I mean, we could be atop the Wild Card standings with a W and some help. Which is bonkers. There are basically all but 3 teams in the AL right now that have legitimate playoff hopes.

No Buxton is interesting. I don't mind giving him a rest except for it means that Keaschall is back in CF. Yikes. Other than that I like today's lineup. Keaschall is leading off again which I think he deserves.

Yeah, injuries really suck.

He is due for regression today, his first two starts with ATL were very good: 12 IP, 1R, 1/ER, 16/2 K/BB, 1HR.
