What is the rule about keeping your uniform  shirt buttoned. Lately I've noticed some players (tonight Butler for the A's) keeping their top 2-3 buttons unbuttoned. Wouldn't a  close inside pitch be more likely to a flappy shirt?  Seems illegal to me.
