The Yankees are reeling right now. Swept by the Red Sox and Tigers over the last week. Can the Twins do the same?

My only worry is that they are supposed to have two people coming off the IL today, Trent Grisham and Ryan McMahon... Hate to wish ill on a fellow human being, but maybe we'll get lucky and they'll have a setback 🤞🏻

I sometimes wonder if Shelton deserves more credit than he’s getting. Last year on this date, with one of the best bullpens in MLB, the Twins record was 41-46. This year, with the worst bullpen in MLB, they’re 42-46. It just seems like the atmosphere and communication in the clubhouse and dugout are so much better this year. Overall, the team seems to playing looser and having more fun.

In Kreidler related news, I was going over his home run history - as part of my daily ablutions - and I didn't realize that 1 of the 2 he'd scored with Detroit was actually at Target Field in '24. Have we ever had a more perfect signing!

Lucky for Paredes today, the Yankees aren't as pesky and annoying when it comes to chasing as the Rockies are and whiff more than they do too. But they do hit the ball the hardest out of anyone, hopefully he's learned some things after having to deal with one of the more annoying teams at the plate.

If an injured player is not going to play in the ASG they no longer go to it.

Not wishing ill, just need a couple extras days of rest. That's what we'll call it.

which is right,  if he ends up one of the top 3  outfield picks  thats all were gonna hear from  Provos and co,  is what i was meaning -  i think  ?

Are we seriously going to play down 2 guys for the whole weekend in NY.  At some point make a decision on Buxton, I realize it may be a tough decision if it is a borderline 10 day issue.  But we keep hearing he is close and then it becomes a week.  We need a full roster.

Why is Fedko on this roster with Gray at SS.  If the manager doesn't want to play Fedko, then get somebody up here you can utilize for more than an Outman role.  This role is not needed on this team.

Get Gray off shortstop, why does defense only matter when it comes to certain players, he does not make the defense better which at short you should and he can't hit.  He had two grand slams and nothing since, get him off the roster.  We need players that can contribute.
