I never saw Aaron, Mays or Mantle until they were well past their prime. Jim Kaat said on a broadcast that Aaron was the best he ever saw.

I'm thinking Bo Jackson or Ken Griffey jr would be hard to top. My favorite is Kirby Puckett as I have the same body type but he was a successful athlete and I am on the key board.....

Best athlete? I’m pretty fond of Dave Winfield but Rickey Henderson, Ozzie Smith, Bo Jackson, and Deion Sanders have strong claims, too.

Don't question  kitty kaat  , hank Aaron was the best player , and really he never did slumps  , very consistent hitter ...
