  1. Walker Jenkins
    Contact, plate discipline, athleticism and 5-tool potential keep Jenkins as the undisputed #1. He has fallen some on national lists due to injury absences, but he has had a fantastic season, and just got promoted to triple-A as a 20-year old. Those lists likely catch up and put him back in the top 15 area. He has been showing a bit more power recently, which had been a note I'd pointed out in the past.
  2. Eduardo Tait
    Newcomer has shown his power in the form of exit velocities since coming over, and a strong arm at the catcher position, but there are questions on if he will be able to stick there.
  3. Luke Keaschall
    Last time he's going to appear on this list. Just keeps making things happen.
  4. Kaelen Culpepper
    May have hit a bit of a wall during a long season, but was gangbusters for most of the 2025 campaign. Has shown pop and looks good at SS or 3B.
  5. Emmanuel Rodriguez
    Needs to stay healthy or is only going to start falling on this list even further. Tools are there. Big power, excellent outfield defense. Definition of a glass-cannon unfortunately.
  6. Connor Prielipp
    Getting his feet wet now in triple-A. Command issues coming back from his injuries continues to show up in games, but so does the good stuff. No point in him auditioning in the bullpen the rest of this year, just finish healthy!
  7. Dasan Hill
    Big velocity from a young lefty, but still needs to hone his control. Common issue for HS draft hurlers so he just needs to pitch at this point.
  8. Mick Abel
    I love Abel's stuff, but it might play better from the bullpen if he's unable to harness command of those pitches. He's reminding me a lot of Jhoan Duran, and I think that same transition is a good possibility to happen.
  9. Kendry Rojas
    Lots of potential in this lefty, but similar issues in that he needs to get innings and harness some control. Is in triple-A and would be one of my top picks to send to the AFL, but doubt that happens.
  10. Gabriel Gonzalez
    Tore up the Texas league and is now getting used to triple-A. He may only be a DH, but the potential of his bat to carry him there is present with a bit more development.
  11. Charlee Soto
    I don't like to drop guys too far for missing time to injury, but the fact of the matter here is several people above him have balled out and others have joined the organization while he's been on the sidelines, so fall he does (from #4 back in April for me). Can hit 100 MPH as a starter, so there's nothing for him to feel bad about here. Easily can climb back up when he gets back on the mound.
  12. Marek Houston
    So far has done what should be expected of an advanced college hitter coming into the lower levels of the farm system. Now in Cedar Rapids needs to finish strong, but defense has been as advertised thus far.
  13. Brandon Winokur
    Big time athlete in a big body. Stats won't jump off page, but if he can put it all together the big league comparison could be O'neil Cruz.
  14. Riley Quick
    Would be surprised at this point to see him pitch in the minors this season, but Quick has the starters frame and four-pitch mix with a fastball up to 99 post-surgery.
  15. Marco Raya
    Needs to pitch with confidence. Believe he's bullpen bound (and should be) but his stuff should play well there.
  16. Andrew Morris
    Could get an audition as the Twins go through pitchers on the 40-man roster to end the season. Another guy I could see benefitting by switching to the bullpen.
  17. Kyle DeBarge
    62 steals in 67 attempts on the season, an unheard of number for Twins prospects. There's no power here, but can offset that a little with his speed.
  18. Quentin Young
    There's a huge arm and huge power in this bat, but will have to wait to see it in action.
  19. CJ Culpepper
    Has gotten ramped back up to 5 inning outings after starting the year on the injured list. Results have been solid in double-A despite increased walks and less strikeouts than his track record. Would be another strong candidate on the pitching side to go to the AFL.
  20. Payton Eeles
    I'm picking my favorite here of several options (Ryan Gallagher, Billy Amick, Ricardo Olivar, Eduardo Beltre, James Ellwanger, Khadim Diaw). I will be annoyed if Eeles does not get a chance with the Twins in September. Has been the same guy for the Saints from 2024 for over a month now coming back from knee surgery. He's not a standout anywhere, but can basically play anywhere and battles in the batters box.

    20 and at AAA. He is still number one

    Up the middle shortstop gets extra points for me due to defense. Tait would be here based strictly on potential, but I am biased a bit on Culpepper

    So far he looks like and up the middle player. HIs arm gives him a chance to be elite defensively especially as MLB moves to the auto K zone. Exit velo's are crazy good. Could argue for the number one ranking if you want. Still high school catcher scar me so three is high enough for me.

    The bat is ready. If he had more value defensively I would have him higher. He is has everything I like in a hitter and his speed is a nice asset as well.
  5. Emmanuel Rodriguez
    He is up the middle but injured so much it's hard to see him realizing hi s potential. I had kept him at number 2 for longer than most, but dropping him until he can stay healthy.
  6. Mick Abel
    It's amazing stuff but he needs something more for lefties. I still love the arm. I think experience is all he needs.
  7. Kendry Rojas
    Have to say it's an interesting lefty arm and he is young for AAA. Still looks relievery to me, but will see. If starter then he looks like mid rotation.
  8. Dasan Hill
    Hill has lost a little shine with the control problems but his potential is still high as I haven't seen a high school arm in the Twins system ever do this well from the start.
  9. Connor Prielipp
    The arm held up. Hoping he can find a way to get more K's and give up less hard contact.

    Injured but potential still high.
  11. Gabriel Gonzalez
    If Gonzalez ran better I would have him higher. It's an amazing bat and a plus arm. He could be a starter but we'll see if he ends up a platoon bat.

    Hard to believe I have him at 12. His swing covers a lot of the zone. He just has to recognize and hit breaking and offspeed stuff. He's off to a good start.
  13. Riley Quick
    Haven't seen him pitch yet, but he is power pitcher and I think he improves the control being further out from TJ.
  14. Brandon Winokur
    He had OK year again. I do think he needs to repeat high A. The power is there. He has been making more contact. Still the K rate isn't great and there is a lot of swing and miss. Still work to do. Next year might be a big year for him.
  15. Quentin Young
    Haven't watched him, but teams were concerned enough about his lack of contact for to last to the Twins 2nd round pick. It plus power and arm. A super high ceiling and very low floor. For now next to Winokur as they are similar but Winokur has better tools.
  16. Marco Raya
    I'd have him higher but he is so up and down and I don't know what to think.
  17. Andrew Morris
    He's looked better after coming back. Still would like to see that K rate higher but he has the stuff to make it.
  18. Hendry Mendez
    Its too many ground balls but everything else checks out. I like power potential. If he had better defensive potential he's be higher.
  19. Khadim Diaw
    Best catching prospect we've had in years. I'd have him higher but injured too much and need to see him at AA first.
  20. CJ Culpepper
    Might be a relief arm, but he should be a good one.

I'm a big fan that it feels hard to only put 20 on this list. Feels like there's about 4 more guys i wanted to put in there and probably will be on a lot of the other voters lists. Good problem to have
