It's been drizzling in Golden Valley since a little before 6 this morning, so I guess we'll see. It'll be off and on all day according to this morning's weather. 12:10 start, a couple rain delays, finish up around 6:30-7 LOL.

Old friend alert! We should have a pretty good scouting report on Maeda.

With Buxton having the day off I would rather see Castro in CF and Martin at 2B instead of the other way around.

Also, an odd time to give Santana a day off, but Margot has better numbers against Maeda. 

We'll see how it works out.

Santana is 38, played nearly every game in June, and is on an 0 for 12 streak. Doesn't hit right handers nearly as well as lefties.  Early day game after a night game.  He likely needs a day off.  Logical time to give him a break.

The radar right now doesn't look promising. I could see a delay after the first inning

Pablo tanked badly in similar weather at Target earlier this year. Hope Ober handles it better

Most of Festa's bad mistakes yesterday came on so-called pitchers counts.

I really dislike giving up 0-2 hits, especially home runs! My junior legion coach always drove that point home to us.
