Can anyone point me to the definitive source of game delay notices? Seems like usually it's waiting for St. Peter to put something on Twitter, which doesn't happen until less than an hour before the game. Would like a little more notice of a delay if possible.

Granted it's only 9am now, but there's a decent chance or rain/storms today. There's an area of rain heading to the cities right now. Supposed to be a break mid day, but more developing later. Possibly severe weather. Hope we get the game in.

I look forward to finding out if Gomber rhymes with Bomber...

Oh, and happy Lopez day!

Or 'Gomer' as in piles of Homers.

Get-away day (for the Rockies) + facing a lefty = possible recipe for disaster (losing 2 of 3 to Colorado).

Agreed.  I mean it is just 1 of 162 games, but potentially losing today *feels* like it would be a pretty significant set-back.  Losing 2 of 3 at home to a horrible Rockies team would be yet another indicator that this team is flawed (in a season that has had quite a few of these already).  Twins are already closer to 4th place in the Central than to 2nd.  1st place is starting to look pretty distant.

To paraphrase, you can't win the division in early June, but you can lose it...

We must lead the planet in 0-2 hits allowed. I’m sure there’s some new fangled analytic that says that’s actually a good thing. But it’s enraging that it keeps happening

I don't have any data, but it seems like the Twins shift more than other teams. It also seems like the opponents ability to just punch a ball through the open hole to defeat it is much better. Is this all based on analytics and approach. I know. The answer is YES
