It is certainly possible that Wallner can't, but we know Kepler can't.

Hopefully Joe can get off to a better start than in the ATL game.  He didn't locate many pitches well, which was the exact opposite than he did in his previous start with the CGSO.   Hopefully being back at home he can turn it back around.

Truth! No way he should be written off after the last two years. Here's hoping he makes some good adjustments and succeeds this time.

If he doesn't hit his spots better with his FB than the last time out...they better get the women and children out of the front rows in the bleachers and the overhang.

Kepler made that great sliding catch in the 9th Saturday on that foul ball by Santander. I’m not a Kepler stan but I bet no other outfielder makes that catch.

The hit probability on that was .070.

Wait, if it was a foul ball, shouldn’t it be .000?

I don't think you were wrong. This front office completely updated this Studebaker of a franchise and has done some good things. Maybe not good enough though as even the optimistic types have had enough. This slow reacting group has their backs against the wall.
