Polanco has been getting on base like crazy.  Since June 1, he has an OBP of .385, 2nd on the team only to Luis.  He needs to be hitting 2nd or 3rd IMO.  Arraez-Polanco-Correa-AK-Buck-Miranda-Kep is how my order would go

When I was raised in Worthington, our family drove to old Met stadium in Bloomington to watch games every year.  We had great memories.

How did Urshela not get a triple on that hit? Then he can't score from second on a single. Sloooooooowwwwww? Or just poor baserunning. Conservative. OK. But this is how runs are wasted.

And then a slide that was not deceptive and thrown out. Can't even score on the tag/sac fly. We are terrible on the bases.

Being a poor baserunner plus being unbelievably slow is a bad combo, but that was simply a great throw (he was safe anyhow)

Typical Twins decision. Not sure if Jayce or Rocco made that call but it was a bad one for sure. That foot looked like it touched the plate before that tag came in.

There’s no reason not to challenge that where the difference could be a run (and the game).  If you lose the challenge, who cares? It’s very unlikely you’re going to get a chance with more on the line than that.

Well you never know it may be a play that might happen maybe sometime that would allow several runs. Rocco always likes to look down the road, surprising he doesn't have 3 catchers just in case.
