I usually stay positive, not always, but a lot of the negative posters bring up valid points, and they’re a big part of this site.

A team that hasn’t won a playoff game since the bush administration is going to have some unsatisfied fans. Maybe it’s a Midwest thing, I don’t know

We’ll, they lost 19 playoff games in a row, how is that even possible?

Cleveland bullpen gave up three, Twins bullpen (in one less inning) gave up two. That’s the way it goes. I’d definitely take the Cleveland ‘pen over the Twins ‘pen, but on any given day………

Whenever pagan blows one, I always think about this guy on Twitter who tried to convince me that pagan is every bit as good an option as Duran in these situations. Because closers are overrated

Was his Twitter handle @RoccoBaldelli? :)

So who's to blame on a 6 pitch same pitch sequence?

Ultimately the pitcher.

Who knows?  maybe Pagan told Jeffers he was going to throw him nothing but cutters

And THAT is why the advanced defensive numbers don't like Urshella. For every flashy play he makes, there is a play like that.

That's what I thought, but the replay made it clear that the ball took a very funny, low hop. Could have made the play, but could also have let it go by and I wouldn't have blamed him. He's not Brooks Robinson.

Smalley was calling them sliders….potato—pa tah toe.

Three guys capable of running into one.  They better or Ramirez puts them ahead in tenth .  Absolutely no way he won’t.

The ball took a funky cut on Urshela. I was thinking error but the replay showed he played it pretty well

Yeah. That was a wonky bounce. Maybe Urshela was a little too lackadaisical on the ball but it was a weird hop.
