Shocked Royce held onto the ball after that collision.

For anyone who thought that Lewis might not able to play like Buxton, running into the wall should remove all doubts.

I wonder how many here have any idea what you're talking about.

1 at least.

We’d been married just over a year. Mrs. IT knew I was a Twins fan, so she said, “Keep the noise down out here. I’m going to bed.”

She wasn’t in bed five minutes before the play happened, and I let out a roar that woke the neighborhood. I went back to apologize, and she just smiled and rolled back over, having no idea what she was in for over the next 35 years (so far).

I referenced in the opening that as of next week, I’ll have again been at all 30 stadia. Ever the trooper, she’s actually been at 23, many of them with our sons as well. “I don’t like baseball,” she says. “But I like some people who like baseball.”

Jealous. I have 9 cities to go, but some of the cities I've visited have different stadiums now.

I'll get there.

I do. Remember it well

I'm surprised. At your age I'm surprised you can remember what you had for dinner last night.

Plus 14 that are now closed. I managed to get a decent number on work trips, then did a seven-parks-in-eight-days trip with my 11 year old son, which got me within range to plan a couple special check-it-off trips.

Watch that replay. He hesitates on contact. That 1st step cost him. His wall awareness comes with experience. He makes the catch but at what cost

Toronto, Atlanta, Cleveland, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Detroit, Cincinnati, CWS, Milwaukee.

Tentative plans for Detroit and Milwaukee later this summer.

He caught the ball, right?

I was referring only to running into the wall and having to leave the game as being Buxton-like.

It was pre-emotive. They didn’t have chicken on the menu, so I had to go with some turkey at the first stop on the Take a Tums Tour.

During the great Black's versus Kreutz's controversy around the turn of the century, I went to Lockhart and ate back-to-back similar lunches to make my own decision.  My decision was that doing both was a big mistake.  Oink Oink Oink...

I made a similar mistake in the midst of conquering the Iowa Pork Tenderloin Trail.

That’s a manageable list for combining a few. If you want to end in style, do Pittsburgh last. That’s my favorite, looking out over the city.

I have not seen a game at PNC park. I have read that many baseball beat (and other) writers from across the country have the opinion that it's the most beautiful baseball setting in the majors.
