100% depends on Winder and Blavalallacllalacek (I should check that spelling). And, their willingness to deal this year's players. And, on Buxton and if they keep him.

In a truly real reply......I think any fan that decides there are better ways to spend money than on a bad team is a smart fan. Coming back when they are good also makes them a smart fan. "fair weather fan" is an insult to people that want to like what they spend money on.
