Two straight days of catcher home runs. It's like Garver is back from the Injured List.

No, it's nothing at all like having Garver behind the plate.

In partial answer to both questions, one of them is AJ Pierzynski.

Here’s the ticket stub from the first minor league game that I took my then-three-year-old son to. Why do I mention it tonight? The catcher for the Fort Wayne Wizards that day was a 19-year-old A.J. Pierzynski.

I have struggled much of my life with dyslexia. I joined a support group, the National Dyslexia Association, and they've been a big help. I highly recommend the DNA.

As someone who is sometimes a little CDO*, I want to make sure you refer to it properly.

Speaking of profound, I remember back to my college calculus class. I was 16 minutes late for the first day of class, 8 minutes late the second day, and 4 minutes late the third day. Finally, the professor got tired of me showing up late, I guess, and asked me when he could expect me to be on time.

"Well," I said, "at this rate, never."

Could you delete the extra blank space between the first and second sentences? It bothers me.

My wife has been a special education teacher for a dozen years, and if you met her, you would soon understand why she is so wonderful at it. Her favorite t-shirt says, “Dyslexics are teople poo.”

Hill might be best utilized as a once through the order pitcher. He repeatedly seems to have issues with control in the 3rd or 4th inning (either walking guys or throwing it right down the middle).
