I have zero problem with removing Berrios at that point. None. Right call, IMO.

 

Let him leave feeling great, and it's better to remove a starter an inning early than a partial inning late.

Though that homer doesn’t look good, I’m with you. Even at only 60 games, it’s still a long season. Berrios has to be chomping at the bit to get out there next time and prove that tonight was legit.

Mostly agree with the decision to pull Berríos, but it would be nice to get 7 from a sharp starter more than once a month.
