Because there was absolutely no doubt that he was safe. None. I was one of the most obvious calls we will see this year... and they lose the challenge at the 7th inning anyway. 

Game is already over 3 hours long. Up 6 in the bottom of the 7th. Arraez wouldn't have even gotten a hit out of it. At some point, it's not worth it even if you are right.

I can't decide which is more surprising:

 

The fact that Bremer has never heard of "zed" or that Morneau has never heard of "Harold and the Purple Crayon."

actually a Justin wasn’t making that up, both zee and zed are acceptable words for the letter z in Canada

Twins win!! The bats finally got something going, and we were patient at the plate. Berrios had a rough 2nd inning, but was good other than that. Thielbar did his job, other than in the 9th, which I'm not sure was entirely his fault.
