Berrios looks to be back to pre-all star Berrios; tons of movement on his pitches, but not nearly enough consistency in putting them where he wants.

Cron just needs that triple.

Maybe, the next time he comes up, if there is a guy on base, Cron can hit what should be a HR. BUT, the guy on base waits (for like 20 minutes) for Cron to catch him and has Cron touch home before him. That would credit Cron with a triple I believe as long as Cron doesn’t touch any other base before the runner already on.

 

Of course, that probably violates unwritten rules.

Berrios and the dreaded 5th inning with a big a$$ lead.

Yup. From what I read he is the only modern-day starting pitcher to have a 15 run lead in a game and not get the win (May 18 vs Seattle). He got yanked in that game in the dreaded 5th.

Dude's also thrown 4 WPs (another just now). Seems OK for the most part, but he's a bit off still.
