I like the line up that Rocco put out tonight. It'll be even more fun to watch with Cruz in the 3 spot and Garver backing up Sano.

For every game the Twins play on the west coast that starts at 7pm (9pm Twins time), the Twins should start a game at 11am Twins time (9am their time) when the team visits Target Field.

I always find objections to daylight savings time curious. Without it, the sun would be peaking over the horizon at about 4 AM this time of the year and closer to 3:30 in most of June and July. Is that really what you want?

When half of the population was working in agriculture, it didn’t matter. The “business world” runs 7 to 5 and pretty much always has.

I'm a Twins fan living in Maine and we are at the far East edge of the Eastern Time zone. Even with DST, the damn sun comes up before 4:00AM. And tonight's game starts at 10:10 our time. Tomorrow morning is going to be painful.

Bar Harbor, ME, has sunrise at 4:47 AM on June 15. If it weren't for DST it would be at 3:47 AM. That is torture. Maine should consider switching to the Atlantic time zone.
