Gibson had 100 pitches, no reason not to leave him in. Sick of if, the starter gets thru 6 it's good     :banghead:

Out for the Sun and the radio.....................GO TWINS!!!!!

Pulling Gibson just because he got to 100 pitches bothers me. He was dominant today and should have been given the chance to get out of the inning. Instead Duke comes in and gives up the game tying hit.

I took a stopwatch to Wilson's last at bat.  All things consistent, he would have a 40 time of 6.31 seconds.

That play right there shows just how great of a baserunner Mauer is.  He knew no one was covering 3rd, so he was able to distract the fielder.  And if they went home with it, Mauer just goes back to 3rd and the bases are loaded.

And the radio call on that last hit???? Way too much homer-ism and hype....now I'm out and counting on those here for the Twins Win !!!

I remember reading about Rosario in the minor league forum years ago. He was promising then (pacing Sano for home runs) and now he is delivering. He killed that ball.

That is a weird delivery by Nate Jones.

I like how he freezes the ball so that the hitter can get a good look at it.

by the way, I don't think Rodney is slow, per se, I think he's very deliberate but I don't see him as someone who screws around on the mound like other pitchers I've watched.

Yeah, it would be a good strategy if he got by on deception and was trying to distract. But he seems to be a fastball pitcher. I don't get it.

Little bit of a shaky route for LaMarre but he's fast enough and got it done there.

Yes. On Friday.

That was a rhetorical question.

Here's hoping for more than a rhetorical save.
