Why are people stunned at stuff like this. Baseball has always been decided in July and August. The team is yet again running into the wall when their bullpen gets gassed.

Just enjoy the wins cause this team isnt going to compete until management pulls their head out of their ass and realize we need to put some money into that bullpen.

Pressly is twice as bad as Belisle.  I hope they look at some legit guys next off season.  There's nothing in the minors that will be highly regarded in the majors, this will need to be fixed outside the system.

And now the decision to not use Gee as the 26th man looms large. The only pitchers who would even be eligible to be brought in tomorrow are Justin Haley (who as far as I know hasn't even begun throwing) and Fernando Romero (who is pitching even as I type in AA). Nik Turley won't be eligible until Monday, if I counted days correctly. Breslow on Saturday the 8th. No one else before the break.
